Our teacher trainor Zhan Laoshi was invited to provide training to teachers at our sister school #ArtiSchool in Guangzhou recently. Her teacher training was not only theoretical but also coupling with her background in phycology, provided local teaching staff a unique perspective on the importance of positive feedback in teaching — this approach is also well practiced at our day to day classroom teaching at Mulberry House.
