Terms and Conditions for Annual Family Membership: 

​

Membership Duration:  

  • The membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The MH Credits can be used for all courses, workshops, shop purchases, and event bookings. 

​

Membership Benefits:  

  • As a member, you will have access to all the benefits specified for the membership program, which may include discounts on courses, workshops, and shop purchases, exclusive offers, early access to events, and other perks. The terms and conditions of these benefits will be outlined on the website. These benefits are subject to change at any time. 

​

  • Play passes usage is transferable and can be shared with friends and family. 

​

Membership Plan:  

  • The membership is non-refundable and non-transferable. You agree to pay the membership fee at the time of purchase and authorize us to charge your payment method for the membership fee. The membership will automatically renew at the end of the term unless cancelled at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. The cancellation policy is outlined on the website. 

​

  • The membership can be shared with siblings. The amount allocation must be determined upon purchase of the membership. 

​

Play Passes 

  • Play passes usage is transferable and can be shared with friends and family but must be prebooked. To prebook a play pass, you must contact us at least 24 hours in advance to secure a spot for your child. Play passes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed without a reservation. If you need to cancel or reschedule a play pass reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your pass.

Personal Information:  

  • By purchasing a membership, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your child(ren). We will use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found on our website. Your personal information may be shared with third parties for the purpose of providing membership benefits but will not be used for marketing purposes without your consent.

Limitation of Liability:  

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Mulberry House Education Limited harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of the membership benefits. We do not guarantee the availability of any particular benefit or service. 

​

Modification:  

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and will notify you of any changes by email or through the website. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website 

​

Entire Agreement:  

  • These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Mulberry House Education Limited regarding your membership. Any other terms or agreements are superseded by these terms and conditions.
